Current Patients You will need a temporary password to access the patient portal. If you have not recieved a temporary password you will have to call our office to active your patient portal access. Do you already have your temporary password? Login in at the top right hand corner using your temporary password. When you are in you will be prompted to change your password. If you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot your password?" to reset.
