The Capital Region Patient Portal is a convenient and secure health-management tool you can use anywhere you have access to the Internet. CRMC is excited to offer you my.CRMC.org: a secure, convenient and personal way to manage your health and communicate directly with your Capital Region Physician (s) online!

What is the Capital Health Medical Group online patient portal?

As part of the Capital Health Medical Group, our office offers a free online patient portal to give you access to your health information and information about any of your visits to our offices. If you have any issues logging into our portal, please contact our office during regular business hours.

How do I contact Capital Region medical records department?

Please call Capital Region Medical Records Department at 573.632.5648 for the following: Medical Records staff are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. *Patients of MU Health Care and CRMC who are already enrolled in the MU Health Care portal can simply login to their MU Health Care account.

If you visited the offices of a UM Capital Region Health Medical Group (UM CRHMG) provider prior to June 12, 2021, information about that visit can be accessed through our UM CRHMG Patient Portal

When will my medical information be available for care received in 2021?

For Care Received Beginning 6/12/21 to the Present. Your medical information for care received starting June 12, 2021, can be accessed in My Portfolio, a secure, confidential site that connects you to your healthcare information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

What is the chaplain number for the hospital?

The hospital staff chaplain is available from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may be contacted at 573.632.5000, ext. 5035. A volunteer on-call chaplain is available nights and weekends for emergencies. Your nurse can access the chaplain on call.

Can you bring your own medication to the hospital?

The only medications you will receive at the hospital are those that have been prescribed by your physician and distributed by the hospital pharmacy. Please do not bring your own medications unless approved by your physician. If you have any medications with you upon admission, please give them to the nurse.

Capital Health Primary Care – Princeton, part of Capital Health Medical Group and a trusted provider of primary care in eastern Mercer County, moved to a new office at 300 Witherspoon Street, Princeton, NJ 08540. Capital Health’s primary care office in Princeton was previously located in Montgomery Commons, a few miles north of the downtown area.

To help bridge the gap from acute care to the varied levels of care outside the hospital, Capital Health has launched a new Post-Acute Care Program that is part of Capital Health Medical Group.

Capital Health Primary Care – Lawrenceville, part of Capital Health Medical Group and a trusted provider of primary care in eastern Mercer County, moved to a new office at The Atrium, located at 133 Franklin Corner Road, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648. The office was previously located in the office building next to its new location.
