Two Ways to Create Your MyHealthHome Account

Enrollment Invitation – MountainView Regional Medical Center will send a text and / or email to the email address and / or cell phone number you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Note to previous Portal Users

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.

Telephone calls

Our office staff is available to take calls from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (Monday - Friday). Please call our office during these hours for routine needs such as test results, prescription refills, referral requests, medical questions or setting up appointments.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time to avoid a $25 fee or the amount equal to your co-pay.

Payments

Please bring your insurance card (s) and photo ID with you to all appointments. Your co-pay payment will be expected at the time of your appointment.

Prescriptions

For routine prescription refills, please contact your pharmacy and your pharmacy will request authorization from our office. Your refill will be ready at your pharmacy within three business days.

Referrals

For most patients, specialist referrals originate from a visit to your primary care physician and must be approved by him or her. For this reason, your primary care physician may ask you to schedule an appointment before referring you to a specialist.

Hospital affiliation

We are employed by Capital Health and utilize the medical services that are provided at the health system's two hospitals - Capital Health Regional Medical Center and Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell.
