Opened in 2011, Capital Health Medical Center - Hopewell is located on a 165-acre parcel of property situated on the east side of Scotch Road in Hopewell Township and conveniently located right off exit 73 on I-295. Designed to optimize patient care, the hospital features all private rooms for greater comfort and improved care.

In this patient portal, you can access some of your health records and share your records with loved ones, caregivers and medical providers securely from anywhere! How do I get help enrolling in the new hospital portal?

Our portals are available to patients 18 years of age or older. Parents or guardians of patients under the age of 18 who wish to have access to their child’s medical records are asked to call our Health Information Management Department at 609.303.4085 (Hopewell) or 609.394.6007 (Regional Medical Center).
