May 03, 2019 · Moffitt’s patient portal is now available as an app for iPhone and Android devices. Simply search for “MyMoffitt” in the app store and install it on your phone. Please note that you must first sign up for a MyMoffitt Patient Portal account. Once you have an account, you can sign inusing your username and password.
Login to the MyMoffitt Patient Portal - https://my.moffitt.org . Locate the Appointments drop down list on the left side of the page; and select View Upcoming Appointments from the list. Click the View Instructions link to see your instructions for your upcoming appointment. You may print your appointments by clicking on the Print button.
