If you are having trouble logging in or are a first time user, please view our two documents below that can provide all the information you need to log in and sign up for our patient portal.

What is a patient portal?

The patient portal is a great way to obtain lab results, review your appointments, and communicate with your physician. Please provide your email address when checking in and you will receive an invitation to sign up for the portal. For your convenience we have a kiosk in the lobby and friendly staff that will assist you with the registration process.
