To help you and your caregivers navigate the complexities of the cancer journey, we offer the myCTCA patient portal, a web-based tool designed to allow you to connect with your care team, manage appointments and view medical information.
The myCTCA portal is designed to allow patients to exchange health information and medical records securely. To help keep patient information secure and private, we recommend that you take these important steps: Do not exchange emails about medical conditions or treatment with your care team using your regular email account.
Please note you will have 7 days to access the link once you receive the email. The email will provide a temporary password to use to access your Patient Portal page. You will then be prompted to create your own personal password. Questions or problems?
