Most insurance plans are accepted at Pacific Medical Group’s Canby clinic and our providers are affiliated with Legacy Meridian Park and Providence Willamette Falls hospitals. For your convenience we offer late and same day appointments for your urgent medical needs, as well as extended hours on Saturday.

The Canby Clinic opened in 1971 thanks to the vision of its community. To build the clinic, dedicated volunteers formed a committee to sell $5 bonds to residents, which were eventually paid back.

How much is Canby Clinic membership?

There is a $75 enrollment fee for new members. Members can cancel their membership for any reason after twelve months with a 30 day written notice. Canby Clinic can terminate the membership for non-payment or any other reason with a 30 day written notice. If we are unable to provide the services promised, Canby Clinic will issue a refund to members for fees paid in advance on a prorated basis.
