Lowell General Hospital is responsible for submitting bills to your insurance company and will do everything possible to expedite your claim. Our financial counselors and social workers can provide assistance with financial arrangements, insurance plans and applying for benefits.
Convenience fees are not collected by the City nor paid to the City - the City of Lowell receives only your bill payment amount.
Our new patient portal provides students with the ability to electronically submit health forms and immunization documents required by Massachusetts law. Students will also be able to view portions of their medical record, access health education information, and receive secure messages from their Wellness Center medical provider.

You can use the Patient Portal to request that UHS send your medical records to you, another medical provider/facility/institution, or insurance company. Login to your account and click the "Forms" tab. Under Section A: UHS Forms, click "Release of Information UHS.". Complete and submit the Release of Information form.
If you receive a pop-up indicating that an email was just sent to you with instructions on resetting a password, then that means you had already successfully registered. Be on the lookout for an email from MedicatAutoResponse@medicat.com. Check your spam folder too, just in case. The email will provide instructions on resetting your password, but it will also include the username that was originally created.

PatientLink is CAMC’s patient portal. A patient portal allows you to electronically access your health records and other information about your care. Once you are enrolled in PatientLink, you can use it from your computer, tablet or phone. PatientLink is convenient, free and secure.
To get access to CAMC PatientLink, you can enroll at registration during your next visit to CAMC. When you give your email address and a secret question and answer to our registration representative, you will receive an email to finish the enrollment process. After you complete those steps, you will be directed to log into the patient portal.
Most password resets can be done by the user within the patient portal by clicking on the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
