If you prefer to self-enroll, you will need your Cass Regional Medical Center medical record number. You may obtain your medical record number by contacting the patient portal help line during regular business hours at 816.887.0444.
If you need copies of medical records, please call Calais Community Hospital’s Health Information Department at 454-9314 to schedule the release of your information. The days and hours of the Health Information Department are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
If you need to obtain copies of your or your minor children (s) health records from Calais Community Hospital (formerly Calais Regional Hospital), hospital policy states that we must have a minimum of one week (7 business days) notice to respond to the request.
All of the information in the portal comes from your Cass Regional electronic health record. This ensures that you have access to the most accurate, updated information possible.
