Patient Portal Procedure

Following your appointment date a secure email will be sent to the email address you provided to our staff at check in. The email will provide instructions on how to set up your secure account. Your report will be available via the secure account 3 days post-exam. You can also access the portal at https://patientportal.elementimaging.com/ .
