At Cabarrus Rowan Community Health Centers, we offer more than just primary care. Our services include behavioral health and psychiatry services, dental services, and health coaching. We also provide COVID-19 vaccines and testing within the community.
In an effort to protect patients and staff, Cabarrus Health Alliance will be screening EVERYONE that enters the building. We are limiting the number of people that are allowed inside. Only 1 adult will be allowed in the building with pediatric patients and NO visitors will be allowed in the building with adult patients.
The Patient Portal gives you a secure access to your personal medical record and a way to connect with your provider to request an appointment, referral or prescription refill at a time that is convenient to you.
