What is Cabarrus Health Alliance’s policy on screening?

In an effort to protect patients and staff, Cabarrus Health Alliance will be screening EVERYONE that enters the building. We are limiting the number of people that are allowed inside. Only 1 adult will be allowed in the building with pediatric patients and NO visitors will be allowed in the building with adult patients.

How to Obtain your Medical Records

The Cabarrus Health Alliance uses the North Carolina Immunization registry. Most doctor’s office in the state of North Carolina should be able to access your immunization record in this registry.
