In order to protect your privacy and promote health system security, portal access cannot be granted over the phone if you have not recently visited one of our facilities .

Why is proxy access severed when a minor reaches age 13?

The state of Ohio has laws specific to the health care of adolescent patients between 13 - 17 years of age. In order to support compliance with these laws , proxy access is not available after age 13 until the patient reaches 18 years of age and is able to authorize access. The adolescent patient may directly enroll in their MyHealth Patient Portal, unless restricted by their health care provider.

Is there a guest option for MyHealth?

There is no guest option for the MyHealth Patient Portal. Any user that has access to a patient’s record would need to have access as a proxy user.
