Boise Office

The Boise office is located on the ground level of the Saint Alphonsus 901 medical building just south of Saint Alphonsus Hospital.

Meridian Office

The Meridian office is located just off Overland Road approximately ½ mile west of the Eagle Road and Overland Road intersection. Proceed south on Eagle Road from Interstate 84 and take a right on Overland Road and proceed west. Turn left on S. Celebration Ave and then left on E. Gala St. It will be the 2nd building on your left.

Eagle Office

The Eagle office is located in the St. Alphonsus Eagle Health Plaza on the second floor, near the corner of State Street (Hwy 44) and Eagle Road.

Nampa Office

The Nampa office is located near the N.E. corner of the intersection between Idaho Center Boulevard and Franklin Road. It is located in Dr. Lawrence Green’s office, behind the Chevron gas station.

Caldwell Office

For our patient’s convenience, Michael Keiley, M.D. and Devon Moser, N.P. will be offering a satellite clinic in Caldwell on Fridays. We think that our Caldwell–area patients will enjoy this clinic with it’s great location and convenient parking.

Where is Heidi Peters?

Heidi Peters was raised in Missoula, Montana. She attended the University of Washington and Creighton University for undergraduate degrees and Clemson University for a master’s degree in science to become a family nurse practitioner. She is board certified as a family nurse practitioner and is an associate member of the American College of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. She has been with BVAAC since 1999. She enjoys running, skiing, and chasing after her three children.

Where is Jennifer Neumayer?

Jennifer Neumayer moved to Idaho in 1999 to attend Boise State University where she completed her undergraduate degrees in nursing and psychology. She later attended Idaho State University completing her Master of Science in Nursing in 2012 with her specialty as a family nurse practitioner. She joined Boise Valley Asthma and Allergy Clinic shortly thereafter. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and four young children as well as crafting and crocheting. She is a member of Nurse Practitioners of Idaho , American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and the Idaho Medical Society.

Where is Devon Moser?

Devon Moser moved to Boise in 2018 from Nashville, TN. He received bachelor’s degrees from Brigham Young University and the University of Tennessee. Most recently, he graduated from Belmont University with his master’s degree in science to become a family nurse practitioner.
