Diagnostic Services

In-office diagnostic testing including advanced systems for computerized vital signs, electrocardiography, 24 hour heart rhythm monitoring (Holter), pulmonary (lung) function testing, hearing testing (audiometry and tympanometry), urinalysis, rapid "strep" testing, blood oxygen level testing, blood glucose testing, and more.

Radiology Services

Our office building has full radiology services available including X-ray, CAT Scan, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, and DEXA Scan. These services are often available on the same day as your office visit and on a "walk-in" basis without an appointment.

Patient Amenities

The Health & Wellness Center also features a café, day spa, fitness center, specialty care, and other services and amenities to enhance your healthcare experience.

Doron Schneider, MD is Vice President for Population Health at Tandigm Health. He joined September 2020 after spending 23 years at Abington Health as a practicing internist, educator and Chief Safety and Quality Officer.

Julianne Tobin, CRNP is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from West Chester University and then went on to receive her Associates of Applied Science in Nursing, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Brittany Sands, CRNP is a Family Nurse Practitioner, double board certified in both the Adult and Family Practice specialities by the American Nurse Credentialing Center. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University.

Christopher Della Rocca, MSN, FNP-C

Christopher Della Rocca, MSN, FNP-C is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Chris’ nursing background includes pediatric emergency, geriatric care, long-term care, nursing management, and pharmaceuticals. In 2017, Chris received his Masters of Science as a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner from Drexel University.
