The Patient Portal is a secure, online home for your inpatient hospital health information. In the Patient Portal, you can: View and share your personal health information related to your hospital stays.
Our secure patient portal allows you to view your personal information, connect with your care team, requests appointments and more. For questions or to request an invitation to join the secure patient portal, call 252-413-6281. All portal accounts created must be by the legally responsible person.
Beyond the Patient Portal, we can enable certain mobile apps that meet requisite technical specification and security requirements to provide you access to your health information in a safe and secure way. Currently no mobile apps have been configured to connect to our system.
Boston University Medical Campus (BUMC), located in the historic South End of Boston, comprises the School of Medicine, School of Public Health, Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, and BUSM’s Graduate Medical Sciences.
The Campus includes Boston Medical Center, the primary teaching affiliate of the School of Medicine, and the Solomon Carter Fuller Mental Health Center, a state mental health facility.
Enrollment Invitation – Physicians Regional Healthcare System will send an email to the email address you provided upon registration to the hospital. Follow the instructions in that message to create your account.

Previous Portal Users will need to create an account with MyHealthHome in order to continue accessing their personal health information. Information contained in the previous patient portal can still be accessed by contacting your local hospital. Click here for information on how to do that.

PLEASE NOTE: Physicians East requires that patients be at least 18 years of age to have a patient portal account. Patient portal accounts created by anyone under the age of 18 will be deactivated.
