Rounding is the process in which a staff member routinely enters a patient’s room to assess their personal needs. Generally, rounding occurs every hour during the day shift and every two hours during the night shift.

When it comes to your health, there's a lot to keep track of. Bryan Health MyChart makes it easy!

Masks are Required

For the safety of all, we require everyone in our facility two years and older to wear a mask. This includes visitors, patients (except in special circumstances), doctors and staff. We discourage the use of gaiters or bandanas as research has found these are not as effective as a mask. Masks with vents or valves are not allowed.

New Visitor Guidelines Effective August 31

Two healthy visitors per patient, per day - these must be the same two people for the entire day

Visiting Hours

5 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. daily#N#24/7 Women’s & Children’s Tower, including Bryan Family Birthplace, NICU and Pediatrics; use the Bryan Medical Plaza entrance.

Patients with COVID-19

For the safety of families and our community, the following measures are in place.

Special Circumstances

Certified service animals are able to accompany patients, as long as patients are able to provide total care for them. Patients with a pending or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis are unable to have a service animal

Bryan Health is proud to offer a portal to stay informed on the care of your loved one, even when you can't be at the hospital.

Don't know the room code?

To obtain your loved one's unique room code, please contact your loved one. If your loved one is unable to provide the code, their designated support person can get the code from the nurse and share it over the phone.
