Jack B. Freeman, M.D

Dr. Freeman was born in Montgomery, Alabama and attended The University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa where he graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Biology. He then attended The University of Alabama School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree and completed his residency at Eastern Virginia Graduate School of Medicine, Norfolk, Va.

John M. Morgan, M.D

After attending the University of Alabama and graduating from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Dr. John M. Morgan attended the University of Alabama School of Medicine where he earned his medical degree. Dr. Morgan completed his residency at Carraway Methodist Medical Center.

Jamie Routman, M.D

Originally from Huntsville, AL, Dr. Jamie Marie Routman graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering from the University of Washington in Seattle.

Heidi K. Straughn, M.D

Dr. Heidi Knedlik Straughn graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Converse College in Spartanburg, SC. She earned a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University, Atlanta, GA.

Heather Deisher, M.D

Originally from Missouri, Dr. Heather Deisher attended Washington and Lee University in Virginia where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She then earned her medical degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society.
