When did Jack Bowling replace my hip?

Dr. Jack Bowling replaced my right hip (total hip replacement) in November 2005, and repeated the procedure on my left hip in September 2014. Recovery went very well in both surgeries i.e. I could “chip and putt” in 7-10 days and played a round of golf in about 6 weeks. I was very satisfied with the outcome.
