Is Blackstone Valley Foot and Ankle safe?
Blackstone Valley Foot and Ankle, Inc. continues to serve our patients in a safe manner, with the following COVID-19 precautions in place. We ask that if you have had any symptoms including cough, shortness of breath, cold, fever, chills that you first call your primary care doctor prior to scheduling any appointment. Our guidelines include following social distancing within the office. All patients must wear a mask or facial covering to be seen for an appointment. We ask that you limit bringing another person to your appointment unless necessary for assistance. Patients are scheduled with minimal waiting room time, getting patients directly into a private treatment room. The waiting room is regularly disinfected as well as treatment rooms thoroughly after each patient. We are providing hand sanitizer immediately upon entering the office. During this time we are also offering Telehealth appointments in which we can order medications, labs, x-rays, etc. as well as at home treatment guidance either via telephone or facetime for those who choose to stay home but still have foot or ankle concerns.
