While both include the same functionality and information, the MyBCH app is a standalone app that features Boulder Community Health branding. The majority of information available through the current portal will be available to you through the new MyBCH patient portal. However, some elements of your records, such as the complete history of visits, messages to your care team and notes from your clinic visits, will not be available.

How to request a proxy for a minor?

A parent or guardian can use MyBCH to request proxy access to a minor’s records. Sign in to the online portal, and under Profile > Personalize > Request access to a minor’s record. These requests will be reviewed by the BCH Health Information Management (HIM) department. A patient can call HIM at 303-415-7760, then press #3, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. This is only for non-legal relationships. This proxy request is not currently available in the MyBCH app.
