The majority of information available through the current portal will be available to you through the new MyBCH patient portal. However, some elements of your records, such as the complete history of visits, messages to your care team and notes from your clinic visits, will not be available.

For the online portal, log into MyBCH, hover your cursor over the Profile icon in the top menu and select Personal Information. For the app, log into MyBCH click the three dots on the top right corner of the screen and select Account Settings.
A parent or guardian can use MyBCH to request proxy access to a minor’s records. Sign in to the online portal, and under Profile > Personalize > Request access to a minor’s record. These requests will be reviewed by the BCH Health Information Management (HIM) department. A patient can call HIM at 303-415-7760, then press #3, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. This is only for non-legal relationships. This proxy request is not currently available in the MyBCH app.
