First, view your immunization records under the Student Link Compliance page.
Clinical notes are available as soon as your provider completes them. Lab results — including tests done in outpatient, inpatient, and emergency department settings — will display as soon as they are resulted. Diagnostic test reports are available as soon as they are resulted.
For help with the portal, you can fill out our support form at mychildrens.org/help or call the MyChildren’s Support Team at 617-919-4396 Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Parents will no longer have access to their child’s information once the patient turns 18. The patient cannot grant access to a parent to restore access. My child with special needs is over the age of 18.
Students wishing to schedule an appointment with their Financial Aid Officer, Credit and Collections staff, or Academic Recorder must call for a phone appointment at 800-294-0294 or 617-552-3300.
All graduate and Woods College of Advancing Studies students who wish to use the Boston College Payment Plan (BCPP) are required to make a minimum down payment of 25% of the semester charges. A 3% participation fee will be assessed on the remaining balance.
Students will be notified at their Boston College e-mail address whenever an online bill is generated. If students prefer to use another e-mail account, they will need to forward their Boston College e-mail account using Gmail's forwarding service.
Boston College is required to report this information to the IRS, along with your Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number. If you have not already provided this information on your admissions or student employment application, please complete and submit IRS Form W-9S (PDF) to the Office of Student Services.
No one else, not even the student, will be able to view a Third-Party Payer's confidential account information. Authorized payers can also print the bill and send a check or money order (no cash) made payable to Boston College through the mail to the following address: Boston College.
