Telemedicine

Telemedicine visits involve using a computer or phone to talk to your doctor instead of visiting an IBJI office location. If a telemedicine visit is appropriate, our staff is happy to help get you set up.

Pay a bill

Now you have the option to pay your medical bills online. The “pay as a guest” feature allows family members, and other individuals to make online payments on behalf of IBJI patients.

Before Your Appointment

If you had imaging at a facility other than at Williamson Medical Center, please bring a CD of those images

Paperwork

If you provide your email address or cell phone number upon scheduling your initial appointment, you will be sent a message from our office to complete your new patient paperwork online prior to your visit through a secure system.

We are conveniently located in Franklin, Tennessee, right off exit 65 of Interstate 65, on the campus of Williamson Medical Center. Our offices are located at 3000 Edward Curd Lane. If you are unsure of which floor you need to go to for your appointment, please call us at (615) 791-2630.
