The testing available at Bon Secours allows our physicians to view how a patient's brain and/or nervous systems are functioning. These tests aid in the diagnosis of some of the more serious neurological problems including epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, strokes, Parkinson's Disease and other neurological disorders, as well as common ones such as carpal tunnel syndrome.

Can I reschedule a Bon Secours procedure?

Currently, Bon Secours only offers testing for patients who have a Bon Secours primary care provider (PCP). For more information please call 866-624-0366. If you don’t already have a Bon Secours PCP, please visit a retail pharmacy or contact your local health department for information on testing locations in your area.

How to set up MyChart?

You can sign up MyChart in three convenient ways: 1 Register for MyChart online – If you received a 10-digit activation code at your last appointment, click here to register online. If you don’t have the activation code, all you need to do is provide some basic information and register without an activation code. 2 Register at your provider's office – At your next appointment, ask to set up a MyChart account and they can help you register. 3 Register by phone - Simply call the Bon Secours MyChart help desk at 866-385-7060. Please note, COVID-19 Vaccine scheduling is not available through the MyChart Help Desk.
