How do I register for the patient portal?

Where is Julena Adams?

Julena Adams is a native of Grayson, Kentucky. She attended the University of Kentucky and graduated in 1995 with a bachelor’s degree of Health Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies. She is board-certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Kentucky Board of Medical Licensure. She has eight years of experience in general dermatology and an additional 16 years experience in family medicine. Her clinical focus is in general dermatology including acne, eczema, psoriasis, melasma and hair loss. Outside of the office, Ms. Adams enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her family.

Where is Donna Roth?

Donna E. Roth, MD. Dr. Donna Roth is a native of Syracuse, New York where she attended the College of Environmental Science and Forestry and graduated with high honors in Biochemistry. She then worked in a biochemistry research laboratory for a year before attending medical school at S.U.N.Y.

Is Bluegrass Dermatology board certified?

At Bluegrass Dermatology, our-board certified dermatologists and experienced physician assistants are highly trained in the field of dermatology. Our physicians and staff work together as a team with the goal of providing the best care possible delivered in the most pleasant way possible.

OUR MISSION

Dr. Wang and his staff at Advanced Dermatology Northwest are committed to providing compassionate, timely, and individualized dermatologic and surgical care to all children, adults, and seniors, in a friendly and professional environment. Dr. Wang personally sees every patient at each visit and uses no physician extenders.

OUR SERVICES

At Advanced Dermatology Northwest, we focus on medical and surgical dermatology while also providing aesthetic dermatologic services to our patients. We provide skin cancer screening exams and comprehensive monitoring of moles. We treat melanoma and other skin cancers, as well as precancerous actinic keratosis.

OUR OFFICE

Our office is located off I-405 across from the Evergreen Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington. While the majority of our patients are from Kirkland, Bothell, Woodinville, Redmond, and Bellevue, some are also from Seattle, Sammamish, Lynnwood, Renton, and other Seattle metro areas. We are currently accepting new patients.

Dr. Wang founded Advanced Dermatology Northwest and has been in practice in the field of dermatology and skin care for over 20 years. Dr. Wang received his M.D.

Patient Forms

You can bring completed patient forms to your first visit. You can also enter or update your contact information, medication list, allergies, past medical history, and pharmacy information through the Patient Portal. You may need to ask for your user name and password from our office before you can access the Patient Portal.

About Appointment

Please be on time for your appointment and arrive 15 minutes early if you will be completing forms in the office. We reserve the right of charging a $50 fee for appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled date and time.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

We also participate with many insurance plans including; Aetna, Cigna, Regence, Premera/Lifewise, First Choice, Humana, Medicare and KPS Health Plans. Please call our office for more details.
