Before Your First Visit

Before your first visit, we ask that you complete our secure online New Patient Forms. We will also require receipt of your child’s immunization record before your appointment.

Office Hours

We require an appointment for your child to be seen. Same-day sick visits available.

Bloom Pediatrics does not en dorse minute clinic visits for acute care or sports physicals. Bloom Pediatrics does not endorse vaccination at national drug store chains and believes your child’s medical home is the best place for all preventative care! Come see us!

Does Bloom Pediatrics accept new patients?

All potential new patients must be up-to-date with their vaccines. We do not accept new families that do not vaccinate their children.

Is Bloom Pediatrics safe?

At Bloom Pediatrics, we believe that all children should receive the recommended vaccines according to the guidelines provided by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) and the CDC. Vaccines are safe and effective in preventing diseases and health complications in children and young adults.
