Can you book an appointment online with Bloom?

For virtual appointments, we highly recommend booking your appointments online via the Patient Portal! If you are not yet registered for the Patient Portal, it is free to sign up. Please contact the clinic for further details on registering. You will need a valid email address. Otherwise, patients can also call during our clinic hours to book an appointment by speaking to a Bloom Team member.

Can preventative care visits be booked in person?

We are currently not prioritizing Preventative Care Visits (previously known as “Physicals”) for in person appointments. If you request a Preventative Care Visit it will be booked non-urgently as a Virtual Appointment. To read more about Preventative Care Visits - click here.
