How do I access home and shared directories in BIDMC?

To access home and shared directories, go to: https://secure.bidmc.harvard.edu By entering your password and logging into BIDMC information systems, you agree to abide by all BIDMC rules and policies, including but not limited to policies on confidentiality and use of technology resources. Your activity may be monitored.

What if I don’t have a BIDMC PCP or specialist?

- If you have been seen for services at BIDMC but don’t have a BIDMC PCP or specialist, or if you need assistance registering for PatientSite, please email patsite@bidmc.harvard.edu and include your name, date of birth and daytime phone number. We will help you register over the phone as soon as we are able to.

How do I choose a BIDMC clinician?

* Choose a BIDMC clinician who you've seen in the past. Please note, if you are signing up with your PCP, the name of the clinician you saw may be different from the name of the doctor on your insurance card. Please sign up with the clinician that you had an appointment with.
