How do I request an account in the patient portal?

If you do not have an upcoming appointment, you will need to click Request an Account in the Patient Portal and proceed to enter the requested information. If you have any questions or need help, please contact us at 361-887-7000 (M-F 8 am-5 pm).

Is there a service for Premier family physicians to release information?

This service is currently only for requestors that want Premier Family Physicians to release information. NOTE: WE WILL SEE MOTOR VEHICLE ACCIDENT VISITS. WE WILL NO LONGER BILL WITH THIRD-PARTY INSURANCES OR ATTORNEYS.
