Cold hearted bad person

She told me my pain may never go away on the first visit. You never tell that to a patient so quick to throw you away. I had the suicide disease, so, she was wrong but I went down hill, until I found a caring doctor.

Thankful

My issue was resolved in 10 mins regarding my previous Complaint. So glad my paperwork was resubmitted and I have had several follow up calls since my incident from the Office, however I cannot answer my phone at work . I want to thank the staff for finding and faxing my paperwork , for it is important for my Mother's care-giving, and myself .

Disappointment

Last Friday I had an appointment to take My Paperwork in for FMLA for my Mother who is also a patient. I was very clear how important my paperwork is because I'm my Mother's care giver. Vivian assured me it would be taken care of as soon as the Dr. could get to it. I also stressed my deadline was today .

She is very thoughtful, and listens to all my issues and does everything to make my visits very pleasant. She has a great office staff that are always going out of their way to help me. I would recommend her to any person who needs a great doctor.
