Who is Dr Carlos Tellechea?

Carlos Tellechea, MD, is a Dual Board-Certified Physician who joined Centers Health Care to provide compassionate evidence-based care to all patients and residents at Beth Abraham. His goal is to lead a medical team that is accountable, available, compassionate, and caring. Joining Beth Abraham in 2019, he is driven by his passion to help patients improve their overall health and function to find their way back home to their loved ones.

What is Allison's degree?

Allison has a degree in Social Work from the Wurzweiler School of Social Work at Yeshiva University. She has experience in a wide range of positions in social work, but it is in working with the elderly in long-term care that she has found her true calling. For more than 20 years, she has guided residents and family members through the challenges of long-term care. She assists in a variety of areas, including adjustment issues, family concerns and community resources.

Where did Leduc Le go to college?

Leduc Le received his B.S in Therapeutic Recreation from Lehman College in the Bronx in 2015. He joined us at Beth Abraham Center with over five years of experience working in skilled nursing facilities. His creativity and passion has enabled him, as Recreation Director, to share joyful and engaging activities with the staff, residents, and families of Beth Abraham Center
