Our Patient Portal is an innovative way to communicate with us. This electronic service makes sending and receiving information a snap! Who will use MyChart as a patient portal?

Berkshire Health Systems Welcome to the Berkshire Patient Portal! You can use the portal to access test results, communicate with your provider, request prescription refills, and manage your appointments. Can health care providers share information without consent?

This means that health care providers are not allowed to share information about these issues without the teen’s permission. There are some rare exceptions to this including when a teen is a danger to themselves or others, or a crime is suspected to have been committed.

A patient will use this portal, if you have been hospitalized at Hampden Medical Center, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center or St. Joseph Medical Center.
