What can I do in the patient portal?

The Patient Portal gives patients 24/7 access to records, labs, and secure messages, anywhere and on any device. Patients can update demographics, complete forms and questionnaires, request prescription refills, access educational materials, request appointments through healow® Open Access®, join a telehealth visit, make a payment, and more.

How do I contact the BayCare patient portal?

For additional assistance with the BayCare patient portal, please call (888) 499-9003. *Parents of patients ages 0 to 12 (11 years and 364 days old) may establish access to the BayCare patient portal, myBayCare.org, on their child's behalf at their next BayCare visit.

How do I register a patient for the new portal?

To register a patient for the new portal, you will need the patient PIN number provided by the office via your Welcome Email. Parents will register themselves for the portal and then use the Patient PIN provided to them to add each child to their account. Each child will receive their own PIN which will be unique to that child.

The New Patient Portal is Active & We have begun to register families!

We are currently registering patients for the new portal from our currently scheduled appointments. You can expect a welcome email with your child's registration PIN ahead of the appointment. Please register for your account as soon as possible after you receive your welcome email.
