Who is Audrey Karlinsky?

Dr. Audrey Karlinsky is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto. She has been practicing full scope Family Medicine since 1986 with a passion for low risk obstetrics and medical education. She frequently has medical learners working with her in the clinic. Currently she is a proud “Baba” to 2 grandsons and a “grand-doctor” to many children in her multi-generational practice. In addition to her clinical and teaching duties, Dr. Karlinsky is serving her third term as a Board Director with the Ontario Medical Association.

Who is Monica Pearl?

She is a lecturer with the Department of Community and Family Medicine, University of Toronto and teaches Medical students in the office. She holds her CCFP and FCFP from the College of Family Physicians. On June 30, 2012, she completed her Professional Training in Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy in Women’s Mental Health with the University of Toronto, Faculty of Medicine. She teaches the Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for Depression, as an 8 week course.
