What can I do in the patient portal?

Using your portal account, you can manage your health information and communicate with providers in a secure, online environment – 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Within the patient portal, you are able to… *Please Note: Portal access is available ONLY to registered patients of Towson Orthopaedic Associates.

How do I register a patient for the new portal?

To register a patient for the new portal, you will need the patient PIN number provided by the office via your Welcome Email. Parents will register themselves for the portal and then use the Patient PIN provided to them to add each child to their account. Each child will receive their own PIN which will be unique to that child.

Your primary care physician or other specialists may need information about your treatment in order to make informed recommendations about additional care now or in the future.

Request Your Electronic Health Record

Be sure to print a copy for each individual who is authorized to receive records. After filling in the required information, you may mail the form (s) to the office you typically visit, or bring it/them with you to your next appointment and give them to the receptionist. We’ll do the rest.

The New Patient Portal is Active & We have begun to register families!

We are currently registering patients for the new portal from our currently scheduled appointments. You can expect a welcome email with your child's registration PIN ahead of the appointment. Please register for your account as soon as possible after you receive your welcome email.
