Who is Suzanne Reichert?

Suzanne Reichert, APRN, AGNP-C, is committed to providing expert medical services. As a primary care provider she works directly with patients at Prominis Medical Services, delivering skilled care in Bushwick, Brooklyn office.#N#Suzanne completed her Bachelor’s degree at Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois. Later, she earned a graduate degree as an adult-gerontology primary care nurse practitioner from Stony Brook School of Nursing in Stony Brook, New York. During her many years as a clinician Suzanne worked in a variety of settings. She assisted in hospitals, helping expert cardiologists, orthopedists, and neurologists. Susan also provided home-based services for patients with complex care needs.#N#At Prominis Medical Services, Suzanne specializes in helping older adults manage ongoing health concerns. She treats patients of all ages. When working with patients, Suzanne emphasizes preventive care. She knows that a healthy lifestyle and routine office visits help patients stay healthy. Rod Saclolo, MD, brings more than 25 years of experience in primary care and internal medicine to Prominis Medical Services, serving patients in the Park Slope office.#N#Dr. Saclolo began his professional education at San Juan de Letran College in Manila, Philippines, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in pre-med. After graduation, Dr. Saclolo participated in a radiology residency at Chinese General Hospital, also in Manila. He subsequently enrolled in medical school at Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation College of Medicine in San Carlos, Philippines. Dr. Saclolo thrived in the program and obtained his Doctor of Medicine three years later. After earning his MD, Dr. Saclolo moved to the United States to participate in an internal medicine residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in the Bronx, New York, on the Campus of Albert Einstein Medical School.#N#Before entering private practice, Dr. Saclolo also participated in two years of clinical research on human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) at Bronx Lebanon Hospital.#N#Dr. Saclolo specializes in internal medicine and primary care. Where is Yoojin Jung?

Yoojin Jung, MSN, FNP-BC, brings more than a decade of experience in family nursing to Prominis Medical Services, serving patients in the Jamaica office.#N#Yoojin began her professional education at Kosin University in Busan, South Korea, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing. As a student, Yoojin served as a mentor to freshmen in the College of Nursing and volunteered at a community health center and public daycare center assisting nurses with well-baby checkups, vaccinations, and Pink Ribbon Campaigns which alerted women to the importance of breast cancer screenings.#N#Following graduation, Yoojin launched her career, serving as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit at Busan Veterans Hospital. She subsequently served as a registered nurse at Park Weon Wook Hospital, also in Busan. Yoojin then joined the team at the Veterans Health Service Medical Center in Seoul, South Korea. There, she served as a clinical research coordinator in the cardiology department and as a clinical coordinator in the cardiovascular center.#N#In 2013, Yoojin moved to New York and obtained her registered nursing license. A few years later, Yoojin enrolled at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. There, Yoojin earned her Master of Science as a family nurse practitioner.#N#Before joining the team at Prominis Medical Services, Yoojin completed a family nurse practitioner student clinical rotation experience at Upstate Medical University. After completing her undergraduate degree at Kiev Polytechnic Institute, she moved to the United States. Valentina enrolled at Long Island University in Brookville, New York, where she completed her graduate training.#N#As an ANP, Valentina cared for patients in nursing homes and skilled nursing facilities. He began his formal education at Binghamton University in Binghamton, New York, where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology in 1998.#N#After working as a researcher, he received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, Old Westbury, New York, in 2004. He completed his internship at Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow, New York, and his residency in internal medicine at Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York.#N#Since completing his medical training in 2009, Dr. Sohn has been a valuable part of the team at Prominis Medical Services.
