Do you have the patient portal?

Telehealth. Beacon Connected Care gives you online access to a scheduled visit with your provider. Call your Beacon provider and ask to schedule a telehealth visit.; Before your visit, check and prepare your tech. During your visit, use the app to connect.; You and your family also have 24/7 online access to care from board-certified doctors for minor urgent care needs.

We try our best to stay on schedule; however, emergencies sometimes arise. If we are seriously delayed, we will try to notify you prior to your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late, please call the office as soon as possible. This will allow us to better serve all our patients.

We feel it is important for patients and their families to understand as much as possible about their treatment. We have a variety of health-related pamphlets for you to take home.

Fees are determined by the time spent and vary with the severity and complexity of your medical problem. Please feel free to ask any questions you might have concerning fees.

What is telehealth access?

How many years of experience do doctors have?

The physicians are U.S. board-certified doctors with an average of 15 years of experience and are licensed to practice medicine in Indiana and Michigan (and most other states). You can read each doctor’s profile to learn about his or her education and experience before beginning a virtual visit.

Does telehealth take insurance?

You will receive a detailed receipt after your visit which you can submit for reimbursement. If your insurance company doesn’t currently cover telehealth, you can still use the service.
