How do I find a blue cross provider online?

Online provider search — bcbsm.com has an online provider search that allows you to look for affiliated providers by first selecting the member's Blue Cross or BCN product and then viewing the network choices by type of care and location. More detailed searches are possible by clicking on More Search Options.

What happens if my BrCN status changes?

If your status changes, due to withdrawing or graduation, you will lose access to the service and all files you may have stored there.  Please plan ahead for this. To use Office365, go to the link below and login using your BRCN email as the login and your BRCN password:

How do I use the intouch® patient portal?

The InTouch® patient portal is free for Family Care Network patients to use any time. View your medical information. Get on the same page with your doctor by checking your medical information online. Log on to see your current medical concerns, your medication list, and lab results. Schedule a telemedicine appointment.
