How do I schedule in-person visits at Baystate urgent care Northampton?
For 9 am -10 am time slots on Monday - Friday, Baystate Urgent Care - Northampton patients can schedule in-person visits through Direct Book. We have six urgent care locations across western Massachusetts including Northampton, Springfield, Belchertown, Longmeadow, Westfield, and Feeding Hills—so you can easily find a location near you.

An urgent condition is an illness or injury that requires prompt attention but does not require the emergency room. An emergency condition is one that is life or limb threatening if not immediately treated.

Emergency departments treat patients with the most serious conditions first, so patients with less urgent needs will often wait longer to see a doctor. In most cases, patients at urgent care centers are treated on a first come, first served basis.

Very proffesional, informative and curtious staff. Came in the office with bad chest congestion and shortness of breath with low oxygen level. After receiving a breathing treatment and Steriods i feel 100% better. Thanks to everyone involved with my care, you guys are Awesome.
