How will I get my test results? At your testing appointment, please ask how and when you will receive your results. If you are a current Baystate Health patient, you will usually receive your test results in 2-3 days through the MyBaystate patient portal. Please do not call 413-794-TEST for your test results, as this is a scheduling line only.

The department is staffed by pathologists and scientists with expertise in all areas of clinical pathology as well as molecular pathology and genetics. We are accredited by the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the College of the American Pathologists (CAP).
Our facilities at Baystate Medical Center include a large open laboratory with modern instrumentation, supporting state-of-the-art techniques in all of our specialties. We also have separate laboratories for transfusion medicine, immunology, molecular pathology, and genetics. Our laboratories are equipped for automation and robotics.
