I found Dr Mayberger to be very affable, caring, easy to talk to, attentive to my points and concerns and responsive. He helped me identify problems, set goals and helped me get the additional help I needed. I always left feeling much better than I did when I came in. I recommend him highly.
It’s great being able to make a difference in our patients lives, however management and the pay structure are a joke. If you value work/life balance and consistent pay, this is not the job for you.
I've really enjoyed getting the opportunity to work here at Bayless. I'm focused on advancing myself and attempting to pursue a position creation for me. In a short amount of time that I've been here I've seen what and where could be the best fit for myself and my skillset and I'm preparing to go for it.
Poor leadership. This was a very disappointing experience. The leadership spoke very negatively about our very clients as well as everyone on her team.
Very fast paced work environment. Coworkers are great and supportive. CEO is approachable. They are future oriented and continually seek to be at the forefront of care delivery.
This office has no structure or promising training I moved to a new department and no one was able to train me or be in office and HR is ridiculous!!! they hire a new manager and then they either quit or get fired within a couple days nobody there knows what they're doing very unfair and very unprofessional!!
This job allows you flexible hours and more autonomy. Additionally, you are guaranteed supervision hours. This is a great company to acquire hours to obtain your independent licensure.
I enjoyed my coworkers and adored my supervisor at Avondale! The work culture is amazing and inspirational! My supervisor was supportive, promoted my strengths, and helped me grow. A supervisor I had for my LMFT hours left much to be desired. The CEO is brilliant, charismatic, motivating, and observant.
