Where is Baycare located?

What to wear to a lab?

Wear loose-fitting or short-sleeved clothing (you may bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures are cooler in labs). Don’t forget to check with your physician for instructions regarding any necessary test preparations. If you need to fast, please do not eat or drink anything for 10 to 12 hours before your test.

How to get a urine test?

So that your test date goes smoothly, please remember to: 1 Bring a written physician’s order for the test (this is necessary for all lab work). 2 Bring eyeglasses with you to complete paperwork if necessary. 3 Bring your health insurance card with you so we can create a copy on file. 4 Be prepared to provide a urine sample if your physician has ordered one. 5 Wear loose-fitting or short-sleeved clothing (you may bring a sweater or jacket, as temperatures are cooler in labs).
