We treat a broad spectrum of illnesses ranging from colds and flu to hypertension and diabetes. We have office based laboratory and x-ray facilities to support Bone Density Tests (DEXA), Mammography and Routine X-Rays. Our minor emergency areas are suitable for suturing lacerations. We perform minor office surgery including the removal of ingrown toenails and skin lesions. It is at your provider's discretion to make test results available. Your provider must authorize the release of your test results in order for them to post to your Patient Portal account. Only test results which are considered appropriate for release will be accessible through the Patient Portal. top
The patient portal for Concord Hospital - Laconia and Concord Hospital - Franklin is separate from My Patient Connect. In the future, the two portals will be combined but for now, patients need to log in to separate portals based on where they receive their care.
