Cancellations

If you must change or cancel your appointment, please call our Patient Appointment Office at 305-243-2020 or 888-845-0002 (toll-free) to schedule a new appointment.

Rapid Virtual Eye Care

If you need immediate eye care, you may schedule an appointment through our Rapid Virtual Eye Care service to connect with one of our expert providers from the comfort of your own home. Use your laptop, smartphone, or tablet to connect. Your eye care provider will evaluate, diagnose, recommend treatment, and prescribe medications when indicated.

International Patients

We invite patients traveling from outside the United States to use our International Concierge Service. Our team is committed to deliver a courteous, helpful and respectful patient experience throughout your appointment.
