Office manager and billing collection agency

I was hospitalized for 12 days and Dr Schwartz wouldn't want to exam me after discharged (per doctor's discharged order ) face to face at all. Dr Schwartz only wanted to do via phone even though I had test and labs showing that I'm not contagious.

Is hate a strong word? I hate, hate, hate this office! Wonderful Physician but the staff is horrible. I have had multiple calls answered by Candace. She is rude and very short with patients. It is hard to get anything I need as far as my records or new orders.

Best Internist!

Dr. Barbara Schwartz is the BEST INTERNEST ever! I have been her patient since 2009. You may have to wait a little while for her, but she gives you all the time you need to ask questions and gives you thorough answers and exam.

Worst Doctor Ever!

Wasted 3 hours in this office only to be poked, prodded and gawked at by every nurse, intern and assistant. No solution given, just pushing meds for blood pressure that wasn’t even high. I went to another doctor the next day who determined the problem in only minutes.

Best Doctor - worth the wait

I have been seeing Dr. Schwartz since 2001. She always explains everything, and takes her time with each patient. Sometimes I have to wait, but I know it is because she is giving extraordinary care to another patient. I had a physical a few weeks ago, and went back to get the lab results last week.
