You can send a message to your primary care provider if any follow up questions arise regarding a current health concern. You will also be able to receive letters when needed, including school excuses, work excuses or referral letters.
To request access to Baptist Gateway, simply complete the BAPTIST GATEWAY PATIENT PORTAL ACCESS REQUEST FORM. This request form must be sent to BaptistGatewaySupport@BaptistFirst.org from a valid email address (cloud messages are not accepted) or returned in-person to the facility's Health Information Department from which you are requesting your records. Please allow 7 to 10 days to process your request.
