Reverend John L Henderson Jr

On 10.17.2020 I was taken to Baptist East E R, afterwards I was admitted to Room 532 5 South. All of the Staff Doctors, Nurses, Nursing Assistant, Dietary and House Keeping. Each of these people treated me and my family like royalty. Thank each you . May God bless each of you. Reverend and Mrs. John L. Henderson Jr.

This has been the worst hospital experience of my life

I was left in so much pain in the ER for 7 hrs that my BP stayed at 185 with no intervention. I was admitted and prayed for a transfer immediately. Uncaring, callous, no communication, definitely in no hurry to treat

Not veteran friendly

Was here for kidney stones, tgen they wanted to do observation, Paula from billing immediately told me to leave and go to the V.A. hospital. I wanted to stay because the V.A. covers me 100 percent, but billing wanted me out. This bothers me as a veteran of 25 years I wasn't good enough to get care here.
