During this extraordinary time, current and former cancer patients, their families, and their in-home caregivers may need to take extra steps to protect their health while staying at home. Chemotherapy and other immune system suppressing treatments can make cancer patients more vulnerable to infection. We recommend you follow these suggestions by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for safeguarding the health of cancer patients and their loved ones.

How to Get an Activation Code

If you would like to sign up and don’t have an After Visit summary from your physician or a Baptist Health facility, visit MyChart to get an activation code. Once you have your activation code, you can setup your username and password on the MyChart website .

Login to MyChart

To login to MyChart, visit mychart.baptisthealth.com. Once on the page, enter your username and password that you setup when your created your account and click Sign In.
