How to enroll in my baptism?

To enroll, all you need is a secure Personal Information Number , or PIN. We’ll send you a secure PIN by mail after your visit — or we can email it to you as a part of your registration process, if you prefer. Once you receive your PIN, use it to complete your registration at MyBaptistConnect.com – the secure link will be listed in your instructions.

How to access my child's medical records?

View your child’s medical records 1 Parents and legal guardians can request access to their child’s (newborn –11 years old) medical information. 2 Adolescents 12-17 years may have their own portal account. 3 Request access to the portal from your Baptist pediatric provider or visit any Baptist Health hospital registration desk. 4 You will be asked to show photo identification as the child’s parent or legal guardian and sign an authorization form. If the legal guardian is not yet established in the patient registration system, you will be asked to visit the Health Information Management (HIM) department at any Baptist Health hospital to show the guardianship court order.

What is the treatment for cancer?

Chemotherapy: Chemotherapy is the use of special drugs that kill cancer cells, control cancer cell growth or relieve symptoms. Does Baptist Health use radiation?

Radiation: Focused doses of high-energy radiation can be effective in killing certain types of cancer cells and in relieving cancer symptoms, including pain, pressure and bleeding. The number of radiation treatments depends upon the type of cancer. At Baptist Health, we provide specialized radiation treatment, including a linear accelerator for external radiation therapy, equipped with image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) and intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT); a high-dose radiation (HDR) unit for internal radiation therapy; and CyberKnife stereotactic radiosurgery for some brain, spine, lung, abdominal and pelvic tumors.
